Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

MAJOR RIPPOFF !!! Kitchen sink had slow drain and you charged $450 to snake it What a ripoff! If I didn’t have to catch a flight I would have did the simple job with my drain auger. I will let everyone I know your sneaky tactics .
