With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

Quick response time, same day service, and 100% complete satisfaction! It’s nice to know that when you need something fixed fast, that there are still reliable companies out there that can come to your rescue. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I called several plumbers to get quotes on replacing the valves/hoses under the kitchen sink and installing our new kitchen sink. He was the only one that would physically come out and give us a quote. He was very responsive and professional with good pricing. Definitely recommend.

This is an older review, but better late than never. I past by one of their trucks today, and said I need to write a review, I never leave reviews but for this I feel I need to. A few years ago I did both bathroom remodels and needed help with some bathroom fixtures, tub handles, leaking shower head, and I found that my outside faucet in the front had a small leak. At the time I had a newborn and needless to say I took on a bigger challenge than expected and needed to call in some help. So I looked around and found a local company CPR, and called. The guys were prompt to come out, like I hung up the phone and they were here. I told them what all I needed done, they looked it over, and gave me a quote. The quote was more than I was prepared for so I told them I would take care of the outside faucet and a couple other things myself when I get time, and agreed on a price for some of the items. They needed to run and get the handles I needed for my tub, since they didn't have those on the truck, but where quick to return. Once they returned they had everything completed in about 45 minutes. When I say everything, I mean everything including the outside faucet I originally needed done. They said don't worry about it, it was easier just to do it while they were here. I was blown away needless to say burning a candle at both ends, I really needed that. I am not sure if what happened to me is a reflection of the company, or who the company hires, either way it was a great experience. I would have been happy with what we agreed on, but since the time they repaired Everything I have had ZERO problems.

This is a story of how Chuck puts his customers above his own personal life...at least in my situation. Our hot water heater started spewing water all over our garage, on the afternoon of Monday, 1/7. I did a quick search for local plumbers and found that Chuck had great reviews on Google. After calling him, he came out within an hour or so to assess the situation. He determined that the heater needed to be replaced. He was already booked on Tuesday, but he managed to fit us in after his other job site...and was at our house until the job was done around 8:30PM! When I thanked him for doing this so quickly, he told me that when he saw my wife holding our baby (just one month old), he told me he said to himself this family has a baby...they need hot water. Chuck has an excellent work ethic and he is sensitive to client's personal situations. Great plumber, great guy!

Justin did a awesome job, I had purchased the incorrect faucet and with his knowledge he was able to execute the installation. Will definitely use these guys again. They arrived in a timely manner and the service was above and beyond expectations. Have used many plumbers however will not use anyone in the future other than Earl’s!

Garret with Z plumbing is a saint! He is the only reason Z Plumbing is receiving any stars. Tony is the CEO and is ok with below-par work.

Tony sent a crew to work on the issue Garret provided direction on. After a week and a half (Labor Day included), the issue wasn’t fixed. Garret returned and had to completely undo what the crew did and correctly fix the problem.

Angel (Office Administrator) shared that the project's slow progress was due to the contracted team being carful since it was a gas leak. When Garret came out to check on the work he was upset and shared the work was not done right and he needed to redo everything.

The project took almost two weeks. Garret completed the work in four hours. There was a need to dig in our yard due to a buried pool.

Communication on the project was only great when Garret was on the project. Garret was pulled off our project by Tony (CEO).

I did receive a call when my finance was submitted. Other then communication on payment I was never updated on the project timeline. I was instructed to chat with the contracted team to see how far along they were.

I don’t usually say this but I HATED this company. Garret is the only person on that team who cares about the family he is providing services for. Very disappointed.

If you’re moving forward with Z Plumbing please make sure Garret is assigned your project, he’s amazing.

Randy is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional plumber. He is always on time, and calls right before he arrives. Wont be using anyone else but him.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

What a relaxing experience. From begining to end there was great communication and excellent customer service. Master plumber Bruce engineered and delivered the solution for our sewer line replacement project and provided invaulable advise on options so I could make the best decisions. Bruce was on time, kept my project on schedule, and explained all the work that would be performed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and delivered at a fair price. I will recommend QHR Leak and Line to all my friends and associates.
