Best Faucet Replacements in Plano TX

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

This is an older review, but better late than never. I past by one of their trucks today, and said I need to write a review, I never leave reviews but for this I feel I need to. A few years ago I did both bathroom remodels and needed help with some bathroom fixtures, tub handles, leaking shower head, and I found that my outside faucet in the front had a small leak. At the time I had a newborn and needless to say I took on a bigger challenge than expected and needed to call in some help. So I looked around and found a local company CPR, and called. The guys were prompt to come out, like I hung up the phone and they were here. I told them what all I needed done, they looked it over, and gave me a quote. The quote was more than I was prepared for so I told them I would take care of the outside faucet and a couple other things myself when I get time, and agreed on a price for some of the items. They needed to run and get the handles I needed for my tub, since they didn't have those on the truck, but where quick to return. Once they returned they had everything completed in about 45 minutes. When I say everything, I mean everything including the outside faucet I originally needed done. They said don't worry about it, it was easier just to do it while they were here. I was blown away needless to say burning a candle at both ends, I really needed that. I am not sure if what happened to me is a reflection of the company, or who the company hires, either way it was a great experience. I would have been happy with what we agreed on, but since the time they repaired Everything I have had ZERO problems.

Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening dispatch 249721728 regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. Call them several times to be told a technician would be calling and never received a call back. Going on 2 months, i'm forced to hire another plumber. AHS has added them to my do-not-use list.

I have used Deans Plumbing a handful of times and have only had exceptional service, even from the owner himself! Today, the technician Billy came and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and quick!

Legacy provided great service for a leaking toilet. Prompt, wore masks and booties. We called back a few weeks later as a slight odor lingered. Wayne and Steven checked out the problem and provided a solution, without charge since they were checking their own work. Honest and friendly service.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

Friendly, fair and above all honest! Tells it like it is and always offers all solutions that fix the issue, and not just the most expensive. Gave us several option for replacing our water heater, and as usual area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Micahs is ALWAYS our first call!

I first used Gary's Quality Plumbing services when I moved into my house in 2011 to do a plumbing check and then fix several items from the inspection report. Subsequently they replaced my two water heaters in 2015 and 2017. Work is always high quality. Adam came out this month to fix my leaky shower, a faucet stem had to be replaced. I also asked him to put in quarter turn valves and hoses under a couple of sinks so that faucet replacement becomes easy to do myself. He did all this and was also nice enough to wear a proper N95 mask while he did all this. With the BA.5 variant spreading rapidly I did not want to expose some high risk people in my house to it. I am very appreciative of that.

2nd Update: The follow up service was great. Rick and the other team member thorougly diagnosed the units and filled freon as it was running low. He answered all questions and seems to be very knowledgeable. I am very much satisfied with their overall service.

I wish I could give this company -5 (yes you heard it right, minus 5) stars. I am not sure why there are rave reviews here but my experience with their service was awful. I was scheduled with few other residents in my neighborhood and based on the feedback from others I heard the same story others as well. So I really do not know what kind of experience the technician has and if he even did anything maintenance at all. I generally do not write any reviews but this company made me feel very disappointed. I will never ever do business with them again.

I was very pleased with the quick support and professionalism. We thought we had a very minor problem but the plumber caught an issue that could have resulted in a large amount of damage. On top of that, very reasonably priced.
