Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

Rick performed a water and sewer test after out slab was lifted. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was polite and completed the tests in less than the time he estimated. Unfortunately he found a sewer leak. Based on our experience with Rick we will be using In-House Plumbing to isolate and fix the leak.

My wife and I have used Stan on numerous occasions. He and his team have always been great. One time I put in my plumbing in my shower, a few years latter my solder work let go, and the wall flooded. He and his crew rescued me on that job. We have a slab house build in 1988, twice piping below the slab broke and he had a crew tunnel under the house on one occasion to fix the repair. We tore out our master bath, Stan and his crew put in our new garden tub and new drain line and shower pan. Top notch work and you never have to worry about his work. Back in 2004 we put in a new 4 ton A/C in the attic. The drain line that takes the condensate down the shower wall and into the P-trap of the tub drain...the PVC piping in the wall came apart. The original A/C installer from 1988 twist fitted the PVC coupling with no glue. Stan and his team opened up the wall and put it back as it should be. No concerns ever with GEM Plumbing.

They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. I have had tankless water heater issues for several weeks. Anthony diagnosed the problem and helped me understand my options. He did not pressure me in any way but let me decide what to do. He was very professional, efficient and caring. He went above and beyond to solve the problem and I’m happy to report that I have hot water again. This has been a great company to work with and I highly recommend them!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Once again Speake's saved the day. Last week I had 3 disc in my neck replaced. Sunday evening the wife informed me that the kitchen sink was draining slowly. Me not being able to do anything I called Speake's first thing Monday morning. The dispatcher informed that they were booked up for the day, but he would try and work me into the schedule. At 10:30 they called and told me they were on the way. 30 minutes later drain was fixed.

These guys are the best! They are prompt and professional and always find a solution (we've had some challenging situations) - great family business if you need a plumber!

We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream. Obviously a clog in the sewer line but because of the age of our house there are challenges to working with the plumbing in these old houses. John Koen has been in the business for many years and understands the differences that are inherent in the plumbing in houses built in various decades. Eventually he and his team were able to remedy the issue and clear the clog, allowing us to have clean clothes and dishes without bailing out the tub to do so. He warranties his work and does a great job! We call Koen Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I had no hot water and a foundation leak that had been diagnosed by Enco. Cody and Luke arrived in the morning and had it all repaired by early evening. Many thanks to both of them. They were prompt, professional and extremely neat. Cody also explained what he was doing as he repaired and also why things were done. I highly recommend Enco.

Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.
