Asa promptly changed out my busted (literally) water heater and it was back to civilization with new, hotter water.

If ever you need a plumber.Do not use this company. Horrible customer service, communication, and sloppy.Do you self a favor and find a different co to do your plumbing needs.

This is the second time I’ve used CPR. First time 2 years ago for a leak after a foundation repair. This time we had a broken flange in a cement foundation and our house has the old lead pipe. Chad, his wife Tonie, and the crew are kind, courteous, and professional. They left me with a job well done and cleaned up. Thank you CPR!!! Will recommend them every chance I get.

We recently had our bathtub handle break causing our bathtub to continually flow around 7:30pm. My husband found best quality plumbing from a google search and we are so happy this is the plumbing business that popped up. Chuck was at our house within 20 mins (after hours!) to turn off the valves to our bathtub and fix the leak. He was a lifesaver and so professional. He even came back the next day to replace a piece on the handle that we broke ourselves trying to get the water to turn off.. how nice is that?! He was so friendly when he arrived that night that I proceeded to ask him if he wouldn’t mind coming back another day to check and see if we had something else leaking since our house has been on the leak reports with the water company. Within a span of 3 days, he’s already made 3 trips to our house to help us with our plumbing. I can’t say enough nice things about Chuck! We will definitely continue to use him for our recurring plumbing needs should anything arise! Thanks so much!

My main line got clogged and the house started to get flooded. I've called YB and the plumber showed up quickly. He was able to unclogged it with the hydro jet machine they have. I'm very happy with the results.

I have an issue with my toilet, and I spent about 5 minutes online and found two possible causes. I decided to hire a MASTER plumber, and thinking a MASTER should be able to give me a better diagnosis than the Internet. The Master plumber showed up 30 minutes late in a two hour window appointment, and he spent about 5 minutes to get the same conclusions that I obtained from the Internet. I told the plumber to proceed with what he suggested, but he said the weather is too hot. He cannot go to the attic at that time.

I've called another plumber before I contacted this place, and that plumber was very honest by telling me upfront that he could not diagnose the problem.

I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation. I had a water line leaking and it had been for days. The appliance that used the water line was expected to be returned and installed within days. It was not. Aubrey took pity on me and came within the hour and replaced the valve and saved my sanity and my water bill. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly great business.

Even during the chaos following the storm, Four Stars was very responsive and worked to fit me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. They let me know when they needed to change the schedule and the plumbers dispatched were friendly and professional.

I called Mr. Rooter in the middle of the night because my toilet, it wouldnt flush. Jeff Dubose came out and fixed the issue! Jeff was professional and efficeint.

Received multiple quotes to replace my outdoor intake line. Hole In One Plumbing had not only a high reputation, but the best fixed fee quote. The service itself was simply amazing. The work was done in a single day with minimal water interruption. The crew was polite and very respectful of the lawn and flowerbed. In fact, I can barely even tell they dug up a 9+ foot trench. I highly recommend their work.

Uriel arrived even before he said he would. Very professional, very nice. Showed me pricing estimates before he began. Worked on the clog in the drain until it was repaired. Would definitely use Pure Plumbing again

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

They always respond in a very timely manner when contacted. They assess the situation with as much information collected and prioritize. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and fair. They are punctual, professional, courteous, and leave the area clean. They were highly recommend to me and I highly recommend them to others. Great peace of mind.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
