Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

April 2023- Jeff and Andrew were wonderful! Came to the rescue at my parents’ home. Found the leak and repaired it, and installed a new dishwasher. All of their work and communication was very professional and efficient, yet still very personable. We are very thankful for Thorough Plumbing!
