Best Damage Bathroom in Plano TX

Great communication. I appreciated knowing who the job site leader was each day and progress updates throughout the project. Our entire entire under slab plumbing was completed quickly, with minimal disruptions to daily life. Would recommend.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Extremely courteous and professional. I had called several local and 'big name' plumbers to obtain an estimate for a clogged sewage return line. Received rediculously low and some quite high estimates from them all.
I then looked again for a local (The Colony area) plumber and decided to call CPR Plumbing. Chad, was very easy to talk with, no high pressure sales tactics (like some of the others did), and told me exactly when he could come out and give an estimate.
I was very pleased with his price, attitude and overall demeanor.
I hired him and he and his crew had completed all of the work within about 4 hours. He didn't go above the estimate and even provided a warranty (5 YEARS!), which even the big name plumbers wouldn't offer.
I will definetely use him again if needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family. A+++++!

Randy is a great plumber but an even better man. I can't believe that he started and finished our project in one day- it was a big one!

Very happy with their service and price to replace my copper pipes with Pex. Scheduling was extremely quick, responsive and easy. I shopped 3 different companies and they had the best price and they had reviews to back it up. The Plumbers were on time and gave a text prior to coming. I loved that I was able to send them a photo for an estimate instead of scheduling someone to come out and charging me $50. No issues with the estimate not being accurate as it was exactly what I was charged. The Plumbers that came out were extremely nice and detailed with the work that they did. I will be calling them for future service!

Was not excepting same day service for a water heart install. Thanks so much for great customer service and professional employees

Repair to gas line

Steven and Ahndre were great! Switched out our water heater. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Can't say enough good things about them! Carmisha, in the office, was also super helpful. She calmly walked me thru (via phone) getting the water and gas shut off to the water heater so that we limited the damage. We will definitely be using the company in the future!

This family - owned business saved our weekend! One Saturday morning, we found out the hard way that our 1.5 year old had put a toy down one of our toilets. I frantically called a handful of plumbers in frisco and they all were closed! With 3 young boys under age 6, we couldn’t wait two days for the plumbing to be fixed.

Finally, I stumbled upon Nathan and his son, at Mr. Rooter. They were responsive to our “plumbing emergency” and unplugged our toilet in no time! Quick, responsive, quality care. They will be our go-to plumber for any future situations..... which I know we surely will have.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Suspected hot water slab leak and called Plano Plumbing. Can't say enough about Jack, Mario and the crew. Neat, professional and thoroughly explained the process to re-route leaking hot water pipe versus jackhammer the the slab to repair. Jack was upfront with potential repiar cost. Other plumbers would not give general quote without coming out first.

I usually don't write reviews but I believe Jack and Mario at Plano Plumbing derserve a thumbs up for their service.
