Michael Sawyer came out for an estimate and he was really knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. Got a quote for several projects and he gave great insight into the scale of the work and what to expect. Recommend especially for new home owners trying to prioritize their needs.

We were renovating our house for sale this past Spring and Stan easily worked around the erratic schedules of several other contractors. He removed and then later re-installed our pedestal sink and toilet to allow us to put in new flooring, he put in a new sink facet, fixed a broken outside facet and more. He was a pleasure to work with and I had no problem coordinating the work with him via text and phone.

They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

This is a story of how Chuck puts his customers above his own personal life...at least in my situation. Our hot water heater started spewing water all over our garage, on the afternoon of Monday, 1/7. I did a quick search for local plumbers and found that Chuck had great reviews on Google. After calling him, he came out within an hour or so to assess the situation. He determined that the heater needed to be replaced. He was already booked on Tuesday, but he managed to fit us in after his other job site...and was at our house until the job was done around 8:30PM! When I thanked him for doing this so quickly, he told me that when he saw my wife holding our baby (just one month old), he told me he said to himself this family has a baby...they need hot water. Chuck has an excellent work ethic and he is sensitive to client's personal situations. Great plumber, great guy!

It was near the end of the business but there was a technician available to take my emergent call for service. Jason was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional and quick! Jason also took the time to show me some pertinent things about my home that I did not know. I appreciate Jason and the quality of his workmenship.

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Lots of gratitude for Tex the plumber's exceptional service. Our review is solely based on the completed outcome of the job, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!

Speake's plumbing is the greatest in my book. I have had them out several times now (mostly due to the lack of maintenance the previous owner didn't do or do right). I am highly pleased. I would suggest them to any friend who need a good plumber at a good price.

Thought they were a good company, however, they sent the bill which we paid in full... And then some time later, sent a second bill saying that the reason for it was their mistake of not charging sales taxes on the first bill. No apologies shared, and did not show up for a future plumbing job. No worries, there are other plumbing companies just like you have other customers.
