Best Clogged Line in Plano TX

When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. From initial contact through repair, Mike made this experience seamless! We will always call The Plumbing Pros if we have a plumbing issue.

A Pleasant Surprise...Great Customer Service!!!!!
I had an issue with the bill this company gave me for work done on an outside freeze guard faucet... I received a personal call from the GM of this company.
He explained how things got out of hand with a new trainee (without going into every little detail) and how a mistake occurred.
Final word...the company has offered to refund and hand deliver the entire amount charged.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

Last night my kitchen sink backed up when I turn on the garbage disposal I Google Plumber in Wylie and 3 results pop up the other two are close except for Best Quality plumbing is open 24 hours and that's a Godsend. Icalled and left a message in about an hour Chuck called me back and he came to fix my pipes. He spent at least 3 hours cleaning the pipes and I was so happy I told him he is now my plumbery I recommend this company . CHUCK is a hardworking man he just finished a job in Mckinney last night and still he came to my house to fix the problem. Chuck you are my Angel and thank you so much!

We were having trouble with the toilet in the master bedroom, and being someone who likes to do it myself I only made matters worse. David from YB Plumbing came to our rescue. He arrived quickly, listened carefully while I described the initial problem and my attempt to fix it myself. He was understanding and courteous, he did not rush and he took the time to fully explain my problem and what he was doing to fix it. He even me troubleshooting tips just in case something like this should happen in the future. Best of all, the price! I will only call YB Plumbing from now on.

I called Randy in the morning and he was there by 5:00 p.m. that same day. My washing machine was not draining well and was backing up at the drain. He had the issue fixed within an hour! His prices are comparable to the other quotes and I would recommend him to all my friends.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

On time Professional, Efficient, In a timely matter the job was complet.
