Michael Sawyer was a delight, he was very professional, fast and efficient in getting the job done. He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. And the charge was right up with all other plumbers in the area. It was a win win instalation. Thanks Michael for a job well done !

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Asa and Jack were excellent. Very thorough and spent a lot of time looking and searching for the gas leak. They eventually discovered it after going in every crevice of the house. I was impressed with their professionalism, advise and overall positive attitude. They kept me informed with the progress and what they were doing throughout. I would definitely call them again.

Gabriel arrived out & removed a portion of a gas line we didn’t need any longer. He was professional, did only the amount of project necessary and quoted the task BEFORE he began, which was nice. I’d endorse them to anyone.

As usual In-House plumbing provided great service. Plumber was courteous and professional and took care of our clogged kitchen drain. He really did the extra work to make absolutely sure all the pipes were cleaned out and clear! Would definitely recommend this company.

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

I've known Jeffrey from Thorough Plumbing for a short time, but I am impressed with his knowledge of residential plumbing. In particular, he is great at diagnosing and repairing plumbing leaks in foundations, which affects a lot of homes in North Texas. He is my go-to resource for plumbing to help my friends, family and clients.

Jonathan was great. Didn’t act like he knew it all but presented what he thought professionally. We followed his advice and he fixed it.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
