Kitchen sink was backing up due to a clog down the line leading out of the house. Tried my own snake but the snake wasn't long enough at only 25 ft. Guys came in, SAME DAY, pushed it out and got it draining once again. They were incredibly nice knew what exactly what they were doing. Didn't cost near as much as I thought either. If you need a plumber in the Lavon and Wylie area, this is your guy!

I called Mr Rooter by looking up at google search and had a very pleasant experience overall. I got an appointment within an hour and their pricing was reasonable. The technician who visited my house was Sebastian Malone and he knew his stuff. Not only did Sebastian fix the issue but was nice enough to give me some tips to avoid such issues in future. I will highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

With us everything tends to break down during holidays, but it was no problem for them to fix a broken water line under a tree. All in 4hrs! They where very reliable and fast. Found the leak, when the other 2 plumbers couldn't. So yes they do deserve a 5 star rating, no joke! Right before 4th of July!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
