Had an emergency and the service was quick and great! It was an after hours call. I was nervous. I was surprised to open the door to a friendly face with a smile. Reassured me and answered all my questions. Have already started planning future projects.

We lucked out with Eduardo as our work technician! He came on time and was professional and throughout the appointment. He took the time to understand the issue, provide me with multiple options while explaining the benefits of each, and patiently solution all of my questions. Eduardo helped me understand potential causes of my dilemma and how to prevent going forward. While he provided me with multiple options, I never felt pressured into one of that he was trying to upsell me. recommend and would call them again (although I hope to never have to)!

This is my third time to call on In-House Plumbing ( over several years) . Each time they were punctual, efficient, strong knowledge of plumbing industry and tools needed. Anthony Ladd was awesome, knowledgeable, informative, & tidy; he replaced our Water heater and bathroom faucet. We've had toilets, a faucet and water heater replaced by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they've done a fantastic job. Also, a big shout out to BFP employee, Corey McCutchen, who came initially, gave us the quote and advised us of our options. Thank you to all your employees. They let you know when they're coming and are responsive to all of our questions!

Jeff replaced a water heater in my condo. He was prompt and did a good job on a project that was a little challenging.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Hard to find a good plumber these days. I've known the owner for several years now and he's earned my trust and repeat business. If you're going to pay $$$, at least hire someone who does it right and is knowledgeable.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!
