Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Juan and Jonathan were great! They were very professional, punctual and helpful with explaining what was going on with my plumbing issue. They did a great job fixing a clogged pipe and replacing a garden hose bib.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They normally charge a $79 service call fee and we were willing to pay $145 for them to come out immediately. I had told them on the phone that there was water running under the house. When the “plumber” got here, he was not willing to go 4 feet under the house to assess the problem! He stood there saying, “ I’m not going under the house”, and did absolutely NOTHING, yet still expected to get paid! Do NOT use this company! They will try to scam you out of money without doing the work!

The guys were prompt and polite. Took care of my issue very promptly. Will definitely use again.

My water bill was high, so I had my meter checked for a leak and I definitely had one. I called Roto-Rooter, they came out, found the leak in no time, and got it fixed quickly. The cost was within a dime of what was quoted. They are not the cheapest, but they are certainly not the most expensive and they do quality work. I was very pleased with Kevin and Jonathan who took great care of me. Thanks, guys!!

Chad came over, I explained my problems and he took care of them. So happy I called Cole's Plumbing. Awesome job, reasonable price and quality workmanship.

We needed an emergency pipe repair since we needed our whole house water turned off until it was repaired. We called on a Saturday but they were not able to get out until Sunday afternoon. Their customer service was good and they kept us in the loop as to when to expect the technician.

The reason for the lower stars is because they charged $150 on the invoice for 2 parts that were less than $10 each. Unfortunately, the service we needed required welding, so I was happy to pay the fee for the labor. However, I feel like we got ripped off and overcharged for the parts.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
