Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Called and made an appointment to have someone come clear a clogged bathroom sink.Jerry and Jacob came by about 3:30. They were able to get the line checked out and snakes in about an hour. Very thorough and give us tips on how to prevent this in the future. Would definitely use them again.

I'd go elsewhere for a slab leak, these guys had a hard time locating what was a very audible leak...ended up tunneling about 20ft to the left when the leak was always about 6ft to the right. Of course they found some marginal things along the way, so it was all on my dime. Going in from the foundation vs through the floor seems like a good idea until you realize how crude the detection method is. The sub-floor reroutes reduced the hot water flow...still annoying a year later.

Emilio had a real challenge to clear a clog in the kitchen sink which required clearing a clog that was 20 feet down the line. He took his time to get the job done correctly. Great work!

WOW!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I called another plumber and got an estimate of over 350 to fix my hot water heater, which I knew wasn’t right. I called Cole’s plumbing and left a voicemail. He called me back about an hour later and was able to get to the house later THAT DAY!!! Fixed my hot water heater for less than half of what the other guy estimated. Got the work done in under 20 mins. Was super friendly and was willing to call my home warranty to work with them!
So glad I called!

They did not repair a leak....understood ---my house is old and they couldn't repair it, I get that.

First, I had to call THEM to find out there was a delay, after waiting 3 hours. Then, they were an hour late. It took Malik, the repair man, merely 15 minutes total to realize that it was not repairable. He was very professional throughout, and explained it would be $140. I understand that it cost them to come out and diagnose, but nothing was solved, and it did not take an hour ($140/hour).

I called and talked to Alex to discuss this. He said 140.00 is the minimum charge...period. I understand that, but I lost 3+ hours of MY WORK to wait, and requested a fee adjustment.

In hopes of their possible future service, asking again, he replied, Sir, we have been in business for 30 years and the lack of your future business will not affect us at all. Enough said.
