Best Any Water Heater in Plano TX

When I had a problem with my water heater. They were on time and honest. Last week, my heater at my went out. They came and fix and we even sign up for a preventative maintenance program. Thank you devards.

Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need. Will share their info in my network as needed. Thank you Stan for your work and help.

Mario did a good job. He was very nice and efficient.

I asked them to come in check gas leak, the person came in looks and talks professionally. He helped checking the gas pipe to a furnace. I did not expect it took him over 2 hours to check leak on a 2 feet pipe. The final charge was $350 +- and all I got was him saying the pipe is fine, the furnace itslef maybe leaking and plumber can not check that.I could check pipe leak using soap water in few minutes myself, not sure why it took him that long.Anyways, we paid that but picked another company for our water heater vent work instead.
