With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

We used Stan and his team when we were is North Dallas. When we moved to the DFW airport area we were in need of a plumber for our new place.We continued to use him because we trust Stan. We never feel that we are being swindled. Stan explains what he is doing and why. He even teaches you about plumbing. He is reliable and his crew is trustworthy. We recommend him...even our dog likes him. So when a dog likes someone, you know they are worth it.

Fake advertising....I contracted them to find a leak underground.....they didn't found it...plus they have old tool not the modern ones when clearly I asked thru the phone before contracting them

Jeff and his apprentice were great! They replaced our water heater today with an industrial equivalent. Very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to properly maintain it and adjust the settings. They even hauled off the old one for us and left zero mess behind. Highly recommend!

Casto Leak Detection did a fantastic job detecting my slab leak. Extremely professional, thorough, and responsive with reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber with expertise in finding slab leaks.

Plumber you can count on. We bought a big house that had been vacant for over 2 years. Immediately things started breaking down on move in. We made the mistake of starting service with a different plumber that also had good yelp reviews and slightly better pricing ....what a mistake. After many problems I called Legacy West back out. I need quality work from someone that actually knows what they are doing that doesn’t trash my house and Kelley and Gerald deliver. They are professional, knowledgeable, clean and quick. It is a relief to know I can pick up the phone and reach Kelley the guy that knows about my house at any time and cares about it. Called him early on a Saturday morning and his friendly wife answered and had him call me back in less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a good plumber that you can count on even with emergencies that respects your home and cleans up after themselves and guarantees their work this is it.Definitely recommend.

Jeffrey Martinez is the man. He is very professional and knowledgeable. It took him barely 5 minutes to get the blockage. A little pricey, but I will go with them again.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

I posted a review of my experience with the Mr Rooter in McKinney TX, and erroneously linked my review to the Frisco location... I won't rehash the review here, however Mr Rooter in Frisco, TX followed up with me directly and offered to help in light of the awful customer service we received from the McKinney location. I plan to have them out this week, however based on customer service alone and the fact that they apologized for my experience with McKinney (not Frisco location's fault), I'm rating them 5 stars. Of all days a Sunday morning water in the dining room - Jack answered was here as soon as possible. Thought it was a pinhole leak in my slab but it was the neighbors. Loved the promptness and honesty would recommend .
