Had an emergency and the service was quick and great! It was an after hours call. I was nervous. I was surprised to open the door to a friendly face with a smile. Reassured me and answered all my questions. Have already started planning future projects.

Our air conditioner quit in the middle of the night and my mom was staying with us. I called Devards and Carlos came out right away and fixed it. He was so kind. Thank you, Carlos, for making sure my mom was comfortable. My husband and I are very grateful.

The Owner and all the fellows who worked on the house were really great. They kept me informed. They worked hard, arrived when they said, cleaned up, and I spent far less money than with some other plumbers. I appreciated what they did from using a camera to see where the problem was, to changing out two different locations for leaks under my foundations. Not a small job. THANK YOU GUYS!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

The plumber came within 30 minutes, he was so fast to diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then he helped me to cleaned up the water. This is the 2nd time I've used American Leak Detection of Dallas (ALD), and again, I'm very happy with the service received. My technician, Jeromy McDevitt, went out of his way to work with me, after I briefed him on what I had found already-Jeromy is extremely professional, courteous, and does a great job with customer education. The fact that he took the time to read up on ALD's previous visit to my home was a clear indicator of what a professional he is. Unfortunately, his visit this time is being broken up over two days, but he resolved the most immediate issue (leak in the kitchen) and we will deal with the leak in my yard tomorrow.
I can honestly say, after dealing with numerous tradesmen at my home over the last year and a half, Jeromy is easily the best tech I've had at my home. He is truly an asset to ALD, and I know if I need to use their services in the future, I'll be getting the same great service I've received twice now! I highly recommend ALD!
