I cannot recommend this company and it’s employees enough. I had a plumbing issue at an inconvenient time and Mindy who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful to my issue. She called me back immediately and had an appointment scheduled for me right away. David came out and took the time to fix the issue with my hot water tank and water pressure problem himself right away. These days it is IMPOSSIBLE to find not only service like this but people like David that are kind, patient, professional and accommodating especially when I was clearly frustrated and upset. Terrible experience with this company. I was referred to them from a friend and I started off through text.I had a commercial plumbing job I asked them to come look at and give me a quote the guy I was in contact with at first was very responsive until the day we met at the job. The two men that showed up were white and They realized I was black and everything changed then. He told me the job would be over 3k which was fine I guess he assumed I couldn't afford it. Then told me he would send a quote the next day but did not. I had to text him multiple times for him to finally say they were not going to do the job.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!
