Jerry was fantastic. I didn’t expect same-day service for a non-emergency, but he came out within a few hours of my call. While he was here, he replaced a part that was unrelated to the issue, but he happened to notice wear and he had a replacement part with him, so he took care of it. Clean, efficient, affordable, professional and friendly. He was transparent and candid as he explained and diagnosed the issue. Very happy with the service and we will be calling in the future!

They were in time and did a great job. But there a little overpriced. Here an hour and $365 later.....

Woke up to a furnace not working, called Lakewood Mechanical and they were at my home withing hours. Prompt service, excellent repair, and courteous service people. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends.

I was given a very detailed quote letting me know exactly what portion of the sewer was on side & what portion was on a shared side with a neighbor. Donora didn't think there was a way to video this line except through the roof vent pipe, which is too small & far from where we needed. The tech had no issue taking of a pipe to the side of the home & connecting when done. Good job! (I ended up not purchasing the home, based on what was found.) Side note, I highly suggest old homes have this company line your old sewer line before they start collapsing. One can't line an already collapsing line.

Chris is AWESOME. This is my second time using him. The first time was when I initially moved into my home. I called Chris and he showed up that same day, and solved the problem. Today I had my hot water tank replaced. I contacted Chris and he fit me into his schedule quickly. He respected my home and did an amazing job. He used top of the line products and ensured everything was working before he even thought about walking out the door. Price was reasonable, quality work was done, and Chris was beyond professional. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

I called McVay Plumbing to have a water line installed to my new refrigerator. They came out to give me an estimate first. We said yes. We wanted the work done. Kelsey came and did the work. She did an absolute marvelous job. She was so personable and friendly. She is a definite asset to your company and we need another plumbing job done and we will definitely request her again. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

Called Gillece originally to hook up gas dryer in home me and my fiancé just bought and to take a look at repairing the drainage stack. Gillece was able to have someone come out same day and that technician Mike was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in terms the normal person would understand. He came out to hook up or gas dryer and found we had a gas leak from our hot water tank and on top of that 2 leaks from our gas stove line. He was able to repair the leak for the stove and hook up our dryer that same day. Another technician came out first thing next morning to replace the gas line that was leaking on the hot water tank and replace the tee and pipe on our drainage stack. Was helpful that they have financing especially given that it wasn't that costly but we could save money up front by just making monthly payments. I would call Gillece again for services I may need in my new home in the future.
