This is the third time I have called k-plumbing in 4 years. Every time I call the response time is unmatched. When you need a plumber it is usally for an emergency. Very responsive company. We ultimately wound up using a different plumber due to being able to schedule sooner. I must have called a dozen plumbers to try and get our burst pipe addressed and Krupp Whitney was by far the most responsive and helpful despite not being able to schedule us immediately. Can’t comment on their work but I will certainly consider them for any future and less urgent work I need done.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

I have used McVay Plumbing before to put in my tankless water heater and was very pleased with the quality of work. This week I had a small leak in one of my bathrooms. I called McVay for a non-emergency call and they had someone scheduled the next day. Plumber Ian was on time within the scheduled time given and fixed the leak. McVay's cost was a very good value due to the house call and repair. If you are looking and in need of a plumbing company that is responsive and does not overcharge, I recommend you call McVay.

We had a slab leak at our house. They found the leak right away and repaired it same day. Very professional and knowledgeable plumber will be my go to from now on.
