Best Line Repair in Pittsburgh PA

Have used Ace Plumbing several times. The rates are reasonable and he has always been polite. He has consistently shown up on time and completed work on schedule.

prompt, responsive, polite, and a veteran. Could have taken lots of my money and chose to save me from an expensive troubleshoot. I'm calling him again today for my next plumbing issue

While the workmanship was acceptable they are outrageously EXPENSIVE. Charged over $400 an hour. Would not recommend or use again.

I have used Lakewood a few times in the last couple months. I always request Chuck. He performs quality work is funny and genuinely a really nice guy! I would definitely use them in the future if needed. Of course i will request Chuck! Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We had Krupp Whitney re-line the sewer line at a house we purchased, and were so impressed that we've used them for several other projects. The owners, Nathan and Joe, have been so easy to deal with and quick to answer questions. One service tech, Edwin, has done several repairs for us and we've been so happy with his work. Even the guys who were here doing the re-lining were incredibly professional and answered any questions I had. My wife and I will always call Krupp Whitney when we need a plumber.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!

What's most impressive,amongst other stuff, is that from my initial call to schedule Chris to come out & assess my issue until the job was complete was less than 24 hours. Definitely a skilled plumber, who takes a lot of pride in his work, to insure the job is done right...2 Thumbs way up!!

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

We had to have our sewerpipes underneath our house foundation & outside replaced.Mitch W the service technician was very helpful advising us and providing a good estimate.The team of 4 guys who did the repair did a great job.it was done & cleaned up in 3 days.Everyone we talked to including the office staff were very helpful understanding & friendly. Disappointed.

I had Bob himself come out to do a job before and was pleased with his work for that job so I hired his team for a larger job. In the future, I would use a plumber that does the work himself.

The crew that did the job this time didn't work on my house as if it were their house. I was reassured that the flow rate with pex will be at least as good as before pex and I don't need to go to a larger diameter pipe.

In reality, the flow rate was worse and the other noticeable problem was the decrease in the maximum water temperature in the winter which is probably a direct result from the decrease in flow rate and the thermostatic valve compensating.

I am posting this about a year after the work was completed as the hot water issue is readily apparent in the cold winter months. Prior to completion, I did test the flow rate and raised that concern again (as I did prior to starting the job), but at that point, the pipes are all installed, so what can you do ... Yes, I was right, or start over?

This has been an educational experience and a lesson in patience. To reiterate, either micro-manage or find another plumber.
