Jerry was awesome and did quick work on my sink and shower. Both drains were clogged pretty terribly. Courteous, personable, professional and affordable. Will definitely be using Ace for any future plumbing needs.

He removed a rusty old outdoor faucet for me and installed a new one. He did a great job for a great price.

They were in time and did a great job. But there a little overpriced. Here an hour and $365 later.....

Terrific mechanical company. This is a place that has a deep level of skill in ANSUL systems, gas lines, excavation, commercial HVAC and Ventilation. They can handle complex airflow solutions, filtration, zoning, design and installation. They have great tools, and can handle larger projects. I use them frequently for sheet metal work on my jobs.

From the free estimate, to the ease of payment (many plumbers I have worked with don't provide either), to the final sealing of my basement (there was a pipe break under the
cement) Krupp Whitney provided some of the best service and customer service I have EVER experienced. Including communicating with me, my tenants, and my insurance company in a timely and seamless manner.

I have spent years and years as a homeowner & landlord trying desperately to find a plumbing service of this quality. My search is over, and if you are smart, so is yours.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Update: 10-21-22 Company contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication, and I was told the charges would be voided for the trouble. Grateful for the follow-up and professionalism.

Hired Cuccaro to come and help us with a leaking pipe into our basement. We were told it would be $95 an hour to come and diagnose it. Josh, who was sent out, cut into our ceiling and wall, and poked around slowly in our crawl spaces for two hours. At the end of two hours, told me that our issue was going to require the eyes of a more experienced plumber, Matt, and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. When I asked about their schedule and when we could expect a follow up, he said a few days. On his way out, he surprised me by saying that we were welcome to call a different plumber.

Over a week passed, and I did not hear back from them, but I did get flooded by automated emails and text messages asking me to review them on Google.

I called to follow up with the front desk, and was told that someone needed to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked if we were going to be charged in addition for the time that Josh had come out to diagnose our problem, I was told that she would check with the owner and get back to me. Weeks passed, and no one ever followed up.

I did indeed call another plumber, who came out the next week and fixed our issue. A month and a half later, I got a bill from Cuccaro for services rendered, which included leaving holes in our ceiling for us to fix and zero follow-through on our issue. I called them to ask about it and got their voicemail.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Website states 24hr emergency service. I called 2 times on Saturday 10/15 and left my info with the answering service and never heard back from anyone.

Arrival time was a little late. They called to notify me when to expect them. Serviceman was polite and knew what he was doing.

Needed an estimate on a new water heater, Trout Plumbing was very fast and friendly and quoted a fair price. Recommend giving them a call!

Good people that would never take advantage like most companies. They try to fix the problem without giving new ones just to make a buck. Absolutely suggest them great people

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress.
