Chris arrived promptly and fixed the leak in my downstairs toilet. He measured my water pressure and gave me advice on how it should be monitored going forward. In fact, I asked him about a number of different plumbing problems that I didn't actually have but always wondered about. He took the time to explain what I should look for and how I should handle each. Thanks Chris!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Pittsburgh's Best came out same day and fixed an AC problem on a Friday. Very pleased with them.

You know it's pretty bad when you call to get an estimate on getting central heating and air put in your house and this company wants to charge 50 bucks just to come out and do an estimate especially when other companies do it absolutely free. Terrible..

Great experience with an honest company that solved a problem with a water temperature and pressure issue in the kitchen. Handled efficiently and professionally. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. This review was for work done at my Mother’s home today (Reta Ross), she does not have a Google account but feels everyone should know how wonderful this company truly is. I am glad I suggested she call Cirigliano Plumbing and is pleased with the results.

Bigley last worked on my furnace, a vintage boiler, in December of 1993. I had marked the date on the parts they replaced 25 years ago.

Calling on New year's day, I had little hope of getting my heat back on quickly.

Don arrived soon after my call. Evaluated the situation and parts were an issue. He could have restored my heat temporarily, but I already had some SAFE back up heat sourses.

As promised, first thing in the morning, a Master Plummer arrived. In the big truck, which means to me he came well prepared for whatever.

3 hours later all issues were resolved. He checked everything. Even fixed some other minor issues he came across.

The bill ( which was concerning as I never asked what this would cost). Was pleasantly and absolutely fair.

This is a honest and great business to use..

We highly recommend the service of Diesel Plumbing, who helped us fixing a emergency issue of gas leak in the new home we just moved in at High Pointe Drive of Seven Fields, PA. After calling Brian of Diesel Plumbing, he showed up within 20 minutes and quickly detected the leak spot. He then spent Saturday and Sunday with his crew to fix the issue with no time wasted! It's not often you find such an honest and quality service business such as Orie Plumbing.

I had a small leak coming from my main water line and had previously been told by a competing plumbing business that in order to stop the leak I would need a full line replacement costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was given this estimate after the competing business worker took a lazy 2 second look at the pipe and then charged me $100 for the visit.

It was a completely different experience when Brett from Orie showed up pleasant and on time last Tuesday. I showed him the leak, explaining the situation, hoping for a more reasonable solution. He thoroughly looked at the main water pipe and discovered that it was the shut off valve that was leaking from behind where it wasn't easy to see (originally believing that the leak was coming up from the cement floor). Brett explained that the shut off valve should be replaced. He then tightened the connection and the water stopped trickling instantly.

Since Brett was so sincere and explained the best option would be to replace the valve with a newer more modern one and in addition add a new filter and compression valve (something that wasn't caught in my inspection), I decided to schedule the service (and it was performed the very next day). Brett also suggested I have an overflow tank installed to extend the life of the hot water tank. I was impressed by his desire to provide the best solution possible and one that was well within my budget. Convinced by his sincerity, I brought up 2 more smaller plumbing issues that have been bugging me for months. Long story short Brett's work on the main water pipe and hot water tank was extraordinary and solid and he fixed my slowly dripping faucet and randomly running toilet. Both proved to be a tougher fix than first anticipated but Brett found a solid solution for each.

Extremely impressed by the service I received, I'm now about to schedule to have my old slightly broken shower fixture replaced. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonable and trust worthy plumbing company look no further than Orie.

Just used Sewer Flow to unclog drains at a rental property. Called after hours and got a very quick response. They came early next morning and solved the problem quickly and professionally. Fair and transparent pricing and great communication. I'm very happy with the Sewer Flow's service and will be calling them in the future. And especially hats off the Mike and Joe for a job well done, thanks!

My kitchen sink blew up because of a clogged drain. I contacted DR Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Alberto and his wife came within 30 minutes and he saw what the issue was and corrected the problem however there is a larger problem which we plan on getting corrected and will us him for the plumbing portion of the remodel of the kitchen. Will recommend them to family and friends if they need 24 hour plumbing service.

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.

Our home warranty, (AHS, which in my opinion, is just as much to blame for this experience) like many other reviewers, sent us this option:

Kind of unprofessional and rude in the sense that he came to look at our hot water tank issue and said to my husband, and why do you think there is a leak? when the floor and top of the tank was completely soaked. Basically started talking to us like we had no idea about plumbing and tried to scam us from the start.They then proceeded to tell us that a new tank would not fit in the current space, and they don't even make that size anymore and that we would have to move it to another location or BUST DOWN WALLS that would cost us 6 grand!! We called another company and told them our situation and without submitting pictures for proof or sounding like we were being questioned on our knowledge of the issue, they told us exactly what we needed and the cost. They came and replaced our expansion tank, hot water tank and replaced the old, broken regulator which fixed our water pressure issue (which is why our warranty wouldn't cover our repair) IN UNDER AN HOUR FOR A FRACTION of the price and with a better warranty.

Home warranties and the third party companies they contract with, are meant to make new home owners feel secure and protected in their first big purchase, when buying the home and feeling like they will be taken care of if something like my situation and service request ever arises. I felt the complete opposite and moving forward, I would never recommend either company to anyone. Shame.
