We had a clogged garbage disposal and after 2 hours of trying to fix it ourselves, we called DR Plumbing. They were able to fit us in that day and after 2 hours they fixed the clog. They had great customer service and a great price. We will certainly call them again!

My experience with DR Plumbing has been SUPER. We had them for a new water heater installation. They listened to our needs and provided knowledgeable consultation so it was easier to make a decision quickly. They are highly professional, responsive, and also work with a reasonable price. We had a leaky toilet & a leaky faucet in our basement sink. The flange below the toilet was in pieces. The hot water spigot was stripped in the faucet. Alberto knew what to do, how to fix it, and went to get the parts needed to do so. He also installed a pressure regulator as our pressure was quite high. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, honesty and affordability we received. We will certainly call on Alberto the next time we have a plumbing need.

I had an emergency leak in my kitchen at the height of my work evening and the kind people at DR were able to come over in the middle of the night and help stop my entire kitchen from flooding. My kitchen sink blew up because of a clogged drain. I contacted DR Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Alberto and his wife came within 30 minutes and he saw what the issue was and corrected the problem however there is a larger problem which we plan on getting corrected and will us him for the plumbing portion of the remodel of the kitchen. Will recommend them to family and friends if they need 24 hour plumbing service.
Alberto was extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I called him and he was able to be there in a 1/2 an hour. I will definitely use them again and also spreading the word.

I had an abandoned, poorly sealed sewer line that was smelling up my basement (previous owner had toilet removed). DR plumbing came, diagnosed the issue and described exactly what needed to be done to properly cap the line. They described the best case scenario but also stipulated there could be more work depending on what they found (solving my issue required a small amount of excavation around the existing pipe). I appreciated knowing that ahead of time.
They communicated well, solved the issue quickly and answered all my questions before, during and after the job.
I will absolutely be using them again should the need arise.

Asked them to check out an issue with the water pressure in my house. Not only did they immediately answer my phone call, but they were able to check out the issue in the same day. But wait… it gets better! They came by later in the afternoon and repaired the issue in the same day. 100% going to use them again in the future! Very transparent and easy to work with.

We contacted Dr Plumbing after trying for several days to resolve a clogged kitchen sink on our own. He picked up the phone almost immediately when we called, and was able to come out that same day (a Saturday) to take a look. He was professional and successfully resolved a very difficult clog. The bill was also very reasonable. We've had plumbers charge twice the price he did after doing half the work. We know who we will be calling the next time there's plumbing issue!

These guys should wear capes. Monday I had been taken advantage of by a handyman and after I kicked him out and was in tears.
I got DR's phone number. I called Monday night and explained my situation. They were there first thing Tuesday Morning courteous and knowledgeable.
DR Plumbing fixed my problem efficiently; regarding price they were more than fair with me.
DR Plumbing is worth every penny.

DR Plumbing is the best! We needed a plumber to come to our house first thing in the morning to remove our water tank because we had to have mold removed due to a leak. AND he come back in the late afternoon to put our tank back in so we'd have water. This plumber goes above and beyond any we have ever used! Called at 8:30 pm on a Monday night with a backed-up basement drain/sewer. He was here within 45 minutes, and cleared the backup in about 10 minutes. Reasonable price for an after-hours visit, and 100% professional and a a real nice guy. Would totally recommend for any plumbing needs and he will be my first call anytime I need help with any plumbing issue.

Emergency plumbing issue with a broken pipe. I called DR Plumbing and Alberto arrived less than 5 minutes later and quickly shut the water supply to stop the leak. Very professional and fast service!

Amazing. All of the reviews are spot on. I had a backup around 10 pm. I called Alberto at 7 am and he fit me in before his appointments and was here by 7:20, and had the main line cleaned out by 8 am. So thankful for him and his teams work ethic.

I used this company to replace the main shut-off valve in my basement and also to conduct a camera inspection of a drain that my gutter empties into. This company offered VERY competitive prices, they were extremely responsive and had great communication, they were honest, and they were polite and trustworthy. I had a great experience with DR Plumbing. My outside hose bib was broken. My neighbor had a similar issue and found DR Plumbing on craigslist. Alberto showed up on time, was professional, made a quick trip to Lowe's to find the replacement part, and fixed the problem. The service was reasonably priced and I will certainly consider using them on future projects/issues.

My house is pretty old, there was an drum trap, which was clogged and caused the overflow and leaking. I called DR Plumbing for help. He was super responsive, replaced the drum trap with a P-trap quickly. Very smart guy, and always figured out the best solution, Very reasonable priced as well.
