As a business owner I have to be careful who I refer to my customers....I have been using all pro pgh backflow camera services for several years now...what I like about them is they always get back to all my customers and I really can trust what they say....this really helps me give better solutions to all my customers..I would reccomend all pro pgh backflow to everyone...

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

Serviceman was fine...but unnecessary. While he started his examination I noticed the plug was not fully engaged. Pushed it in and all was good. Had to pay anyway...tough lesson to learn.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. I used Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Pittsburgh for emergency service at the business I work for and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.I called at 4pm and explained that I had a clogged outside drain that had our car wash business closed. The dispatcher understood my issue and the urgency of it and had a technician there within an hour.Bryan Bell was my technician and he was great. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and was able to get our drain cleared quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained the process as he was going (I'm a maintenance technician so I like to know the details) and made sure I knew about the warranty on the service as well.Overall I was very happy with the response time and the service and will be using Mr. Rooter again if needed.

I ordered to do camera inspection for my property. The plumber came at the time and left was only 15 minutes and told me he can’t see anything. So another service of cleaning the pipe must require for more than $1200. I refuse to the suggestion. $199 for 15 minutes. Easy money for them.

We had a leak in our bathroom and they were able to send out a plumber the very next day! He came within the specified window, explained exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. He went to get the parts and fixed it right there. It was exactly what we needed, no hidden fixes or tricks. We have used Cirigliano for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed.

We highly recommend the service of Diesel Plumbing, who helped us fixing a emergency issue of gas leak in the new home we just moved in at High Pointe Drive of Seven Fields, PA. After calling Brian of Diesel Plumbing, he showed up within 20 minutes and quickly detected the leak spot. He then spent Saturday and Sunday with his crew to fix the issue with no time wasted! Professional, efficient, reliable, and rate reasonable! He definitely deserves five stars!

I have been living with a costly and stressful plumbing situation for months, and had already had bad experiences with 2 other local plumbing companies. As such I was very skeptical about calling someone else. I decided to call Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of 2 of my friends as my problem was now beyond just living with it. The lady who took my order and sent out the plumber was not only courteous, but very attentive and made sure that they kept me informed as to when I would have a plumber at my home. She did this by keeping in contact throughout my wait by phone. I was not used to such attentive service, and it was greatly appreciated. When Mr. Orlando Knuckle did finally arrive, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I had several problems which were spread over a few days. Not only did he help solve my plumbing problems, but he did so with pride in his work, while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer, even though we had only just met. My experience overall with the Mr. Rooter company was timely, and very much needed. The jobs were also priced fairly and the staff and Mr. Knuckle were HONEST. This has not always been a given when hiring someone to come into my home to do a home repair like this. This company and Orlando now have a new and most likely lifetime customer, or for at least as long as I still live in this area. I simply cannot thank or recommend the company, and especially Mr. Knuckle enough.

It's not often you find such an honest and quality service business such as Orie Plumbing.

I had a small leak coming from my main water line and had previously been told by a competing plumbing business that in order to stop the leak I would need a full line replacement costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. I was given this estimate after the competing business worker took a lazy 2 second look at the pipe and then charged me $100 for the visit.

It was a completely different experience when Brett from Orie showed up pleasant and on time last Tuesday. I showed him the leak, explaining the situation, hoping for a more reasonable solution. He thoroughly looked at the main water pipe and discovered that it was the shut off valve that was leaking from behind where it wasn't easy to see (originally believing that the leak was coming up from the cement floor). Brett explained that the shut off valve should be replaced. He then tightened the connection and the water stopped trickling instantly.

Since Brett was so sincere and explained the best option would be to replace the valve with a newer more modern one and in addition add a new filter and compression valve (something that wasn't caught in my inspection), I decided to schedule the service (and it was performed the very next day). Brett also suggested I have an overflow tank installed to extend the life of the hot water tank. I was impressed by his desire to provide the best solution possible and one that was well within my budget. Convinced by his sincerity, I brought up 2 more smaller plumbing issues that have been bugging me for months. Long story short Brett's work on the main water pipe and hot water tank was extraordinary and solid and he fixed my slowly dripping faucet and randomly running toilet. Both proved to be a tougher fix than first anticipated but Brett found a solid solution for each.

Extremely impressed by the service I received, I'm now about to schedule to have my old slightly broken shower fixture replaced. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonable and trust worthy plumbing company look no further than Orie.

My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit.
They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

Do NOT use this company. We were assigned this company through our home warranty. They are very unprofessional and are not even doing their job fully. Didn’t even try to diagnose our leak on our hot water tank. They tightened the bolt on the first visit. We even showed them photos of it leaking. They left and not even 3 days after it still continued to leak, had them come back. They said nothing is mechanically wrong because it wasn’t leaking at the time of arrival. Didn’t care to even try to turn on the water in the house to prove. Not even there for 5 min. Now it 2 weeks later the pipe is STILL leaking. Called to have them come back and said I am wasting their time and they are not coming back because nothing is wrong. Yet they didn’t even try to prove that it was leaking! Very rude very unprofessional. Awful company. Do not use this company. The owner is rude and ignorant. They shouldn’t even be considered a plumbing company because they don’t do anything to solve the issue at hand. A total joke of a company!!!
