This is the third time I have called k-plumbing in 4 years. Every time I call the response time is unmatched. When you need a plumber it is usally for an emergency. Every time they are there within two hours. I have met a lot of plumbers and by far this company is the best to deal with from pricing to timely completion of work. Chris is great! I own a business and he is always willing to get to my office within a few hours to make sure my facilities are up and running (even if it is bright and early at 7am!) He is also honest, has done many jobs for me and once (only once) he did not the right equipment available to do the job. He not only let me know that, where others might have said they fixed it and charged me anyway but he also helped me find someone who could fix it for me! Talk about true customer service and it is always done with a friendly smile!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Proudfoot has done my furnace and AC maintenance for a couple years, always courteous and on time. I had a problem with my hot water heater that we'd put off fixing because it was going to be a big job. I asked Proudfoot for a quote and they found a cheaper and better way to do it that meant not cutting through my ceiling, got it done ONE DAY from when I called them out. Great work, cleaned up everything to the way it was before the project, and Hugh the owner came out to inspect it himself before they left. Definitely would use Proudfoot again!

I had a clog in my sewer line, Matt was amazing knew exactly what he was talking about and was just all around a great person in general. He got the clog out and use the camera to show me the ins and outs of the sewer system. It was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber in the Pittsburgh area.

We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.

Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!! My home warranty company called these professionals its been over a month and my toilet is still running, the piece that they ordered, they said it would take a week to come and over a month for the piece to come in I had to call them to see if it was in ! Was told i was going to get a call to schedule the appointment to come back out to my house two weeks later still no call ! Every time i talk to this man on the phone he is extremely rude and unprofessional !!!! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.
