I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. A whole team of about 5-6 guys came in the morning and replied our whole house in one day, including replacing our water heater to a tankless one. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Elvis explained everything that was being done and answered all our questions. They cleaned out all the junk and even were so nice to take away our old water heater. We would definitively recommend them!
