Had a new water heater installed including the flex lines and they did it fast and efficiently. They provided great service, had a great experience, and learned a lot. Very pricey tho! I paid $2300.

Had to get an emergency fix on a shower leak that required the entire house to have water off. I provided the parts and it took less than two hours. Almost $1000 for this service. If service was after 7pm it added an extra $125 and of course tech came at 7pm exactly. Had to get water restored so you got me. Congrats.Tech was pleasant and did a good job. It's all about the value.

We discovered on July 4th our air conditioning was not working. The people at ACE were fantastic. We had a technician there within an hour. Jason did a fantastic job. Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.
