Robert came out to the house to fix a dripping faucet I had failed to master. He analyzed the problem, repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Not a drop leaked since then - the faucet is as dry as a bone!

While doing my annual gas furnace check my technician Ryan found some safety issues. He explained what needed to be done and why so that I understood. He then completed the needed repairs. I'm very happy with Parker and Son's.

During recent visit to conduct annual inspection and filter change on reverse osmosis system, the technician also provided and estimate on replacing our hot water heater. He also diagnosed an issue with the bathroom tub faucet that two other plumbers could not identify.
