I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. They did our recent AC install and just came back out following the storm last Sunday to make sure the compressors were good following the lightning storm. These guys are so professional and customer friendly It’s a pleasure to work with them

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
