Called Ben Franklin today for our leaking filter in the garage. The dispatcher got a tech out same day within2 hours! Tech James Estes came out to take a look at our big blue filter housing after we suspected a crackAs it was leaking in the garage. James quickly got that taken care of with a replacementHousing through the warranty. Also wanted him to take care of our squeeling toilet. James quickly got all the parts replacedIn the toilet to fix that as well. Great, friendly service, explained everything he was doing and what the costs would be. Ben Franklin has been great for all our plumbing needs and the tech James was great today as well.

Chris and his team have been incredibly helpful during our transition to our new home. I originally picked them for a job because they quoted the best price. I’ve used them for multiple jobs in the past few days, and will continue using them in the future because of how responsive, courteous, and helpful they have been.

Eli and his crew were awesome! Very professional, friendly and efficient. They left my place in better condition than when they arrived. These three did an excellent job, keeping me informed of the progress and answering any questions I had once the task had been completed. My neighbors noticed and commented on the great work they did.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!

Josh installed a very complicated piping situation for a water softener filtering system in our house. He was professional and worked diligently to to complete the difficult task in a hot garage. He knew his stuff. Day & Night worked with us for a fair competitive price

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.
