Sent out by my home warranty to trouble shoot my tankless water heater. Showed them it didn't work, tested 3 times. Tried to sell me a flush service, for $250, which was just done 6 months ago. Saying they couldn't properly test it without them doing the service. I'm a licensed contractor, $250 for a hour service and a gallon of cleaner? Come on... Not first time home warranty has sent them to my house. First time was for a toilet and they wanted to charge 1300 to move toilet hold down flange over a inch before replacing toilet.. RIP OFF

We had A.P.E.S. install a new Trane HVAC unit and a new water heater in our PV home. Excellent service and follow-through. Elijah, Cody and Allison were great. We highly recommend the A.P.E.S. team.

Trevor did an excellent job and it was apparent that he takes pride in his work. The office personnel at Water Heaters Only were pleasant and helpful in answering all our questions regarding the service.

Benjamin was really thorough and fixing our AC. He Explained the whole process, and how we need to follow up with the plumber on a different issue. Benjamin was great!!
