This was our first time with George Brazil. We called in to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out to our home within the same day. One of their customer service agents, Joe kept us updated throughout the day and notified us when their tech, Mike S. was on route.Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and locate a leak that we had in the plumbing of our wall. Prior to being serviced by George Brazil, we had independently tore down part of the wall of our home in order to locate and attempt to the fix the leak ourselves- which was obviously a terrible idea! But we are so glad we called George Brazil. Not only did Mike repair the leak efficiently, but he also offered to help us secure the tarp we had up for the exposed wall without even being asked. He also provided us a contact to help us with our wall repair. Thank you, Mike!We are very happy with the service we received both in person and over the phone. Emil is the person who came out to service our leaking bath faucet. He was friendly, professional, and explained the problem and solution clearly and quickly. He showed us how calcium build-up is basically the source of all our plumbing problems and gave us the solution to fix it! I appreciate his expertise and professional manner and will be calling Roto-Rooter (and Emil) again for any future plumbing needs!

Hot water heater went out, called this place several times verified the number, but every time call went thru they just answered and hung up phone, very disappointed. Really thought with the good reviews I found a quality company to help. So far bumble bee and Parker and sons are just money hungry since they work for commish.

Every person at Day and Night was very thorough! We had had a different company come out and when we had Day and Night come out Renee really took the time to and explained everything. I felt sure that they would do a better job. Then Brian came and analyzed our home and fully explained our options. He really went into detail about what exactly would be done and I felt even better. Nothing was ever explained with the other company. They hardly spent any time. Today they completely replaced our heating and air. Mike Renalds and Xavier were wonderful and I feel so confident that that not only was it done well it was really done above and beyond. I just feel so confident.
