Best Replace Air Filter in Phoenix AZ

My mother in law had the electrician came to her house because a breaker was malfunctioning. The electrician stated she needed a breaker box/panel at the price of $8,000. Based on this she gave a $3000 deposit. I suggested she get a few other opinions and all 3 opinions stated it was absolutely not necessary. This electrician proceeded to continue to “hard sell” her on the needed panel after she said she was canceling. His persistence became so bad that I was brought in, on a merged call, to tell him that the work was not going to be completed. My mother in law is recently widowed. The electrician was aware of this and this was absolutely predatory on Parker and Sons. She has been FIGHTING for her refund for over a month and getting the same run around that it’s being “processed”. DO NOT give this company any deposits and get additional opinions for any work these people suggest. They can debit $3000 instantly, but they take months to refund…still waiting for that refund.

Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work! He answers questions and provides information for preventatives! I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends.

I called Asa last minute and they came the same day and saved us from a leaking toilet and shower. They also fixed our garbage disposal. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

Very professional, polite and thorough. Coudn't have asked for a better crew :-) :-) :-)Bill, the service man came out and spent a couple of hours finding the problem with our upstairs unit. They fixed it at no charge while we awaited the financing on our new units. Let me say we had signed no papers yet on new units so they trusted that we would be honoring our word on purchasing new units through them.The day our upstairs unit went out, Chris the owner made the call himself as no one else was available. He guided us through the process of picking the right units for us. Again let me state there was two-three weeks between this initial visit before we committed to the purchase. Chris was a hoot, and I appreciate all that he did to earn our business.

You call the office for an appointment they send you to Kevin who is the project manager. They set an appointment and do not show. When I called the office they had no idea who I was they had nothing in their system nothing on my address and stated that they contacted everyone and no one has me on their list. So I called up the number that I have the contact With and his name was Kevin he stated he was the project manager and that he would be there the next day because he forgot that they had an appointment. Well the next day came and I called the office and no one of course New about an appointment and when I called Kevin he was not available and his Phone just went To voicemail very on organized. Seems like they’re trying to run from a lawsuit by being shady.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

They cleaned up after themselves through out the whole installation. I am genuinely impressed with how stress free the entire process was. When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Driver in van#250 almost hit my car twice, was texting and driving, and swerving all over the road. Not stopping at stop sign, and riding my bumper like crazy. The woman at the front desk is very nice
