Our sewer main and water main decided to give up due to age / roots. We put it off way too long and everything just went all at once. We called for some help to diagnose the scene.We have never used Parker & Sons but thought we'd give them a shot. Excellent first impression. Luke came out the same day and thoroughly inspected everything and answered all of our questions, courteous, and professional. He created a work plan immediately for us and a team showed up the very next morning!Chris Goodall and Jimmy H. and team did amazing work. They answered all of our questions, were courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the area and were great communicating every step of the way. I got on google to find a plumber and i found these guys they are 24 hrs and came out in 15 mins the plumber found the problem right away got the job done swiftly. He billed me for only the service call of 49.99 i will call them in case of any emergencies in the future these guys are trully what i expected and more.

We have battled with our A/C problem for almost two years. George Brazil has been consistent in continuing to pursue a solution. Although they admittedly dropped the ball at one point, they showed their contrition and concern, and renewed their efforts. I plan on using them in the future.I was very discouraged with the problem until they sent the last technician, Josh W. out. Josh was a nice young man, very likeable, as were the other techs. When describing and showing him the problem, the symptoms were not as strong as usual. I thought, great, this will be diagnosed as - the owner is a nut. Josh didn't waiver, wasn't in a hurry to get to the next job. He spent some time with our unit and with me. The symptoms returned. He spent more time diagnosing. He noticed a problem with the internal blower motor, which had been replaced once but was still bad. Not stopping there, he picked up a big difference when a certain external panel was in place verses off. It set up something like a harmonic vibration, shaking the unit. After replacing the motor, wheel and housing, and stabilizing the panel with rubber backing, the vibration has decreased to a normal level. I am very happy with the service we received from Josh W. I hope we can get Josh to return if any future problem arises.Drew Langley

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
