The Moon Valley Plumbing team recently installed some ground level cleanouts and re-conditioned the cast iron piping in our 50+ year old home. This was after another company stated they would have to rip up our concrete floor having identified the problem as a broken pipe. Moon Valley had the specialized equipment to correctly identify the problem and saved us thousands of dollars (and weeks of time) in the process. The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

We had a septic issue and were completely down. Another company had come to the house to clean out the tank when they noticed the tank was not draining correctly into the leach field. The filter housing outlet was no longer installed correctly.We called Custom Plumbing of Arizona very responsive. Dillon came to our house on-time and ready to start resolving the issue. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He also adjusted the install based on my concerns. In a way, I felt that I received a "customized" install.Jason, Dillon's manager, was also great. The two worked together over the phone to ensure that I was happy. They installed a new filter and housing and also replaced a cracked and crooked leach field pipe that I believe was damaged due to settling.Custom Plumbing of Arizona understands septic systems and did a great job resolving our issue in a timely and cost effective manner. I recommend them and request Dillon!

They never came back to do the work and they never return your calls. Had the warranty company get in touch with them and they don't answer their calls or emails either. Zack was my service tech who was very friendly and knowledgeable and said he would turn everything in to office to get it fixed through warranty and the service call is still open saying waiting for parts (over 3 weeks ago) when they can just pick them up at home Depot. Not really happy right now since I don't have hot water going into showers.
