Best Plumbers And Drain in Phoenix AZ

Spent $1400 for Robin's to install a high quality hot water heater, less than two years later the unit had a anode rod stripped by one of its techs during a replacement (after a few runs to O'reilly's for needed tools ?) and Robin's claims manufacturer defect. Robins won't stand behind the products they sell, but they will be happy to reinstall a replacement for about 70% of the cost of the initial. Robins suggests I pursue the manufacturer to cover reinstallation costs on the unit Robins sells/installs/maintains/breaks. Good idea - that'll work. Do yourself a favor and avoid lest they Rob you too.Review Edit: Lengthy reply by owner doesn't change the fact that $1900 dollars later I've got a defective hot water heater installed by Robins. I never asked for any work to be done for free ?; an additional ~$1000 is absurd though on a side note though. Robins, you don't get brownie points for being PAID to replace an anode rod and being unable to do so.

I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Friendly, clean and thorough AND the price was right! I highly recommend 2 Good Plumbers, one suggestion...change your name to 2 Great Plumbers!

Corri and Adam came over to fix a slab leak. Was very professional and thorough. I felt very confident the job was being done well.

Clogged drains in all 3 bathrooms. Quick to come out. Remington was great - explained thoroughly options and pricing, professional and personable. Having them come back for outside plumbing and to install new toilets.

My water heater blew and had an AHS warranty. Initially I was told they would have a new one on Monday (problem began on Friday but on Monday I learned there was no ETA. We had no hot water and no date. I then had a slugfest with AHS who advised me time and again to 'read my contract' and there was no commitment to time of resolution. I put in a call to the assigned plumber - Pruitt's Plumbing and spike with GM Mike. Instead of saying oh well he sprang into action. He said he would contact the supplier and in a half hour and cut the delivery lead time in half. He took and interest over and above.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

Knowledgeable, professional and super friendly and responsive, they went above and beyond to respond to my water heater leak. From my first call to the end of the job, everyone I worked with was very friendly and happy to explain everything. My Home Warrenty called this company on a Tuesday, the technician called me when he was done and stated he would be back on Thursday after it was approved. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, the weekend came and went in between having words with the owner. First he tells me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about because he’s never been to my house, then he tells me my claim has been denied by my warranty company. That is false so I went with 10 days with no running water at in the kitchen and him not showing up to finish the job. Needless to say I had to call another company. He walked away with my $45 service fee and I’m out of pocket because I had to call in another company.
