I was very happy with the service provided. Joe was prompt in his arrival, (on a Sunday no less) took the time to educate me as to what the problem was. Based on my prompting he checked a couple of other issues that I was having. He cleared the drain and then we scheduled a follow up visit. His partner Juan arrived on time and Joe arrived shortly after to finish the job. In the next 24 hours after they left, I realized that a sink issue that I had been living with for the last 5 years was gone!

Pruitt's was called after a company gave us (and our home warranty) a bogus quote for a leaking water heater. No water anywhere and heater is 1 year old.... Pruitt's staff was great, came out and identified the actual issue, then made the claim for us. Great service!

We had water leakage in master bath and ceiling was moist. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame. He tried his level best to re-produce the problem but unfortunately we were not able to re-produce it. He shared his number with us and told us to call him back the moment we see the leakage again. After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Personal experience: They were beyond professional and super reasonable for the amount of work that was preformed.
Note: They basically rewired the main plumbing line into the attic and down between the walls to the inside manifold that feed the whole house.
3 individuals worked all day, none stop. In addition, with minimal collateral damage. Meaning, they did not damage drywall, floor etc.
Truly utmost impressed with this team!! I would unequvaquly recommend them to anyone!

My Home Warrenty called this company on a Tuesday, the technician called me when he was done and stated he would be back on Thursday after it was approved. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, the weekend came and went in between having words with the owner. First he tells me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about because he’s never been to my house, then he tells me my claim has been denied by my warranty company. That is false so I went with 10 days with no running water at in the kitchen and him not showing up to finish the job. Needless to say I had to call another company. He walked away with my $45 service fee and I’m out of pocket because I had to call in another company.
