Troy Greenwood and his crew were wonderful. My water heater broke and was still under warranty, so the Aussie guys came out next day, took the old heater out and replaced it with a brand new one! Troy also shared tips and best practices for how to extend my new water heaters life. They were nice, professional, timely and clean. I highly recommend!

Last night, my under sink garbage disposal, started leaking severely. This morning I called there service dept, & the scheduler said it would probably be later this afternoon. I received a call from the dispatcher, that advised me as soon as one became available, he would call me 45 minutes out. Shortly there after, Chris, the service tech, called me & said he was a hr out When he arrived & surveyed the problem, he showed me my options & explain in detail, including cost, & what my option were! He completed the new installation within an hour, rolled up their signature red carpet, problem fixed to my satisfaction before noon! Nobody in the valley compares! JW

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. Flush King responded timely to my estimate request and provided a quote that was similar to others I received. Flush King set a time but the assigned plumber (Mike) called and said he would be delayed due to a difficult job. It was no problem; I appreciated being kept informed of the delay. To my surprise, Tom (who I had talked with to set up the appointment) said he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes and within the original time frame. What service! Tom was very friendly and professional. The job got done. :-)
