I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! JCPro was hired to redo my kitchen ceiling, install a kitchen ceiling fan,
new pot lights, and install an island stove top range hood fan. Johnny C did all the work and did a beautiful job. He is very accurate on his performance on the above mentioned items. Johnny C cleaned up the area everyday. There was no mess for me to clean up. I highly recommend JCPro for any type of electrical or plumbing work. You will

I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

I will be calling on them again as home improvement-landscaping projects arise.

I use Mcgriff flips for my rental properties as well as refer him to my clients. This company is very professional, honest and they do exactly what they say they will do. My clients have all been pleased with the quality of work that has been performed

Drew and Kathy were quick to reply to my email about some things I needed repaired. They stopped by the next day and took a look and said I would get a quote once they have some parts priced out. Got the quote and asked them to get it done. Very happy to have found them and will call them on future needs.

Jeremy has completed multiple jobs on my rentals from construction, repairs and miscellaneous jobs. He has completed the jobs on time and at a fair price, I would recommend him highly.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
