I had a construction company ruin 3 different parts of my water line, Parker and Sons came out to fix it right away. Josh had excellent service, he let me know everything that was wrong was super informative and was able to schedule it to be fixed the next day. Very professional and I’m very glad they came out!

Alfredo was great. He explained the entire process and completed the job in a timely manner.

I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . Had an interesting start to the day with the ceiling in our kitchen dripping with water. It was a relatively slow drip. Wasn’t sure if it was something major like the pan dripping from the unit in the attic or something minor. We’ve had the major thing happen last year and I expected the worse.I literally called 5 other AC repair places but Penguin Air & Plumbing was the best to work with in getting someone to my house quickly, even though I was in freak out mode.Our technician Jimmy Browne came in and checked everything... inside and out. Turned out it wasn’t the worse and he worked with us to get a great maintenance plan in place. I will request that he is my technician going forward because he was professional, honest, and relatable.

They are always courteous and exceptionally prompt. Highly recommend their service!
