I was very pleased with the service I received, Franz explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was polite, professional and left no mess.

Jack was prompt and came prepared to work. He assisted us with all questions and about the job and how to prepare a claim. HIs work was very professional and neat. Job site was cleaned after work performed. He remained cordial throughout the day as the project was pretty substantial. That is: the sewage line was broken but why was not known until the excavation was achieved and this required contacting other services who had broken the sewage line when installing a new conduit. Jack's knowledge of whom to contact saved valuable time and enabled the job to finish in the estimated time.With Jack's assistance , we were able to get APS to accept responsibility for the damage. APS followed up with a complete payment for the repairs and the two previous plumbing calls to determine the damage. One of the calls was over a year earlier. This reimbursement by APS saved us considerable amount of money. I feel certain that Jack's knowledge and assistance with the contacting of the right personnel at APS paved the way for the reimbursement and in addition, Jack advised me in how to respond to APS's formal request for damage report. These guys are great, very friendly, honest and professional. They've saved the day now on several minor plumbing catastrophes for us, over a two year period... and for one major repair (slab leak, hot water line reroute) I had four quotes from different contractors on the slab leak repair. Johnco provided the most detailed and competitively priced estimate. Icing on the cake? When the job was complete the final bill was several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. That's unheard of these days. You have to respect the integrity of an honest service provider like Johnco. There are a lot of dishonest contractors who will take you to the cleaners if they see the opportunity. Jason with Johnco did just the opposite. What a guy!

The service techs were great . They came in , quickly took care of my problem and didn't try to upswell me on other issues . I've used this company before and they are super reliable , reasonably priced and put me at ease with the repair .

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Excellent service!! Emergency sewer back-up at our house. After trying to DIY a fix with negative results, I searched for a professional. The first 2 plumbing business’ I called told me 2 weeks before they could schedule me.
Chris not only answered his own phone, but told me he could be there in 30 minutes. He came early and solved my sewer clog ; and showed me the camera footage on the snake…showing no tree root damage. Problem solved

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
