Best Have A Clogged Drain in Phoenix AZ

Custom Plumbing is a definitely a go-to service provider for all our plumbing needs. We called them to install faucets in an older condo. They sent out an experienced and knowledgeable technician, JT. He thoroughly but fairly diagnosed the situation in a easy to understand manner. The validity of his quote became even more apparent as he did the work. I'm glad we contacted Custom Plumbing for this job. Next time we need work done we'll be sure to ask for JT!

We have had another plumbing company who we used for many years to clean our drains, as it seems to be an annual issue anymore in our older home. This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!

Jared Wo has done an exceptional job. Still in the middle of a much bigger problem than first anticipated but he has been great during this experience. They have come out four times for different services and always very professional. Thanks

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

On time, a nice, honest, and friendly plumber arrived. I received excellent and professional service. Grohe taps and new isolator valves have been scheduled for installation. Very skilled and meticulous, with great attention to detail, he explained what needed to be done. Before leaving, I cleaned up, tested the new taps, and checked for leaks. Also reasonably priced. Thank you very much for installing the new taps and repairing the pipework. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again for plumbing services. Cheers

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

Service on fireplace that shut-off after lighting. Preparation was excellent with floor covers and plastic wrapping around adjacent furniture. Adjustments made, internals and glass front cleaned before replacing. Excellent job well done.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
