i had a hot water heater emergency. JC came, diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer regarding warranty, worked really hard on install, was polite, efficient, cleaned up when he was done. VERY impressed.

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

Work done at The Mod and they did not give notice of water shut off.

Came out for initial call from warranty. Then would be return my calls when I was ready for the work to be done. Thankfully I had not paid them anything.

Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

Have had the benefit of using Joe's (Phoenix Plumbing and Drain) Used their Services for many years at Arrowhead Honda.

As well as personally numerous times over the 16 years I have had the benefit of having Mike help me on several occasions as well.

You are not finding a Better, More Professional Plumbing Co. I just had Mikes help the other day! It dawned on me that I have been getting Great Service, and Clear answers, along with just being consistent and always fixed right.

If there is someone Better, I don't know How? Thank you How, and Mike for being Awesome at what you do!
