Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

Thank you so much for getting rid of our old A/Cs. It has already made a huge difference and we are ready for the summer.Bill S who came to do an estimate on replacement of 2 units has been always very responsive and has answered all my e-mails and calls even if it was Sunday.We requested a few quotes and I wondered with some of the other companies if they truly wanted my business as some representatives came to do an estimate but never sent me a quote or responded to my e-mail.Hays quotes were very aggressive but they have earned our business not just by having lower cost but also by their attentiveness.The crew was excellent and once they installed A/Cs and left it was like they were never there.Not one piece of trash left behind.​Hays installed 3 A/C units at my husband's work and now they have replaced 2 units in our home.We will be highly recommending Hays to anyone who can benefit from their outstanding service.

DSC came out this Sunday and repaired our main unit. They did so even with a full day of repairs in line ahead of us. Danny our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked efficiently and with purpose. The price of the repair was fair, and we signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract for all of our units for three year. We know Jim and Mike and their family well, and it's good to be working with DSC again. Thanks again Danny, outstanding service and professionalism.

Very professional service from beginning to end. Both men that came out tonight have top notch work ethic. You also don’t get the run around with this company like other companies. I will use Chas Roberts for all my maintenance and service work from now on.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Steven from Day & Night was terrific! The whole company is professional and has great communication. We have used them for years. Stephanie in the office helped me set up a time window that was convenient for me. They texted the night before to remind me and confirm my appointment for the next day. On the day of my appointment, Steven, my technician, called an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived at my home, he was professionally dressed in a clearly marked Day & Night uniform (I’d also been texted his picture before he arrived). He kept me apprised of every step of the repair and got my approval for additional repairs. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Day & Night!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Ace has always been dependable and reliable for me over the years through a maintenance agreement I had with them. So, when my old air conditioner failed, I bought my new air conditioner from them. Now, this year when my new air conditioner needed it's one year maintenance service, Ace was all over it. They contacted me to make an appointment! Then Ace sent one of their field supervisors, Stuart M., who is experienced, knowledgeable, personable and thorough to complete the maintenance. I felt confident that my air conditioner was in good hands!

Run from these Scammer as fast as you can. They take advantage of females. Offer you a service at outrageous price, they come back after a phone call with a ridiculous discounted price. Problem is, it's all a scam. Don't even call them.
UPDATE; They called today and asked me to call three different plumbers and get quotes, they would then beat the lowest quote by 10%. Why not charge a fair market price, without all the running around.
