Chris was very professional and explained throughly each step of the repairs. He also drained and flushed our water heater, confirming it was in great condition, despite being previously told it needed to be replaced. I appreciate his hard work and honesty.

First, my air conditioning went out on a Sat night around 9 pm. I called Patrick Riley and the call was answered immediately! The technician was alert, concerned, took my information and called me when a service technician was on the way. Second, Lex climbed on my roof in the dark, and identified the problem. I was given the best/worst scenarios and shown a video recording of the problem, and an estimated cost. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was not a stock part and not available until Mon. Third, Lex was very concerned about leaving me without air conditioning and made sure I had made arrangements to stay with a friend until the repair. I decided to call Hays based upon Yelp and Google reviews. I'm glad that I did. They are a very professional company. I was surprised when my AC went out in the 119 summer temps that they could come out the next evening, much sooner than any other company. Thad was to be here between 5-8pm and I got a call telling me he was running late and it would be the latter part of his time fram when he would be here. What?! A phone call? Who does that? It was only 7pm when he arrived and I had a 40 minute call ahead from Thad when he was on his way. Unfortunately he only had one part I needed on his truck and it was after 8pm so he had to return the next day but their prices are competitive and I got a discount because I signed up for the biannual checkups and they waived the service call. Hays is the way to go. Thad gets 5 stars also and should be recognized by Hays for his professionalism and performance. They are lucky to have him as a representative for their company.

The tech was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Both of our kitchen sinks were blocked. The team was quick to respond and fairly priced. They had to remove a 50-foot-long clog in our line. In his explanation, the technician was professional, friendly, and clear. I would use them again and strongly suggest them!

12-1 update. Jose came out today to help install a new smart thermostat that I couldn’t and also serviced both air conditioning units. He was fantastic! Explained everything, showed me what he did on the thermostat and took extra time to walk through how our air units are doing. Amazing service as always. I highly recommend Day & Night and Jose!Troy was great! On time, diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me what was wrong. Gave me an estimate and then fixed it. We also signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

Mike and Richard are great.
We use them on all our projects and they always do a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else.
