Parker & Sons REPAIRMAN Jonathan Brown called and showed up quickly on a very AZ summer day, inspected my cooling/heating roof problem, and quickly figured out why my COOLER was dead in the water. He explained the issues/my options, replaced my fuses, added 2 lbs of the newer refrigerant, and got everything back up and running ... on a very HOT day in short order. It was nice to know ....
