Scheduling, dispatch, and technicians were all very good, responsive and timely.

Only issue was that there was no mention of labor cost, no $ totals on initial estimates, only on the final invoice.

In the last 5 years ive hired several of plumbers and Mirandas Plumbing is by far the best service i have ever gotten. Not only did he fix my home plumbing problem better than else but he fixed all the other mistakes the past plumbers ive hired have made. And his services are very affordable. NO MORE LEAKS! I called for plumbing issues that I had. They were great on the phone and had an available slot first thing the next day. They called and emailed me 30 minutes prior to arrival (It was exactly 30 minutes too). Ernesto was my service man. It took him about 1.5 hours to complete the work. He was great and very clean. This is now the third time that I have used George Brazil. This is the third time that they have done a great job. I highly recommend them. I will say they are not cheap. You will pay for what you get but if you know that up front then you will be happy. I have not had any issues for this current work. However, in the past I had a component that broke and started leaking. I called them and they immediately sent out a service guy. I want to say it was about an hour after I called. I fixed everything at no charge. I think it was about 2 weeks after the initial call. For my current job they gave me a one-year warranty on the work.Bottom line: Fast, friendly, and professional service but at a premium cost.

They took 20 minutes looking at the problem and cleaning the coils which did not help. They said we need to change the air filter and that they couldn't do it as they don't carry air filter with them. They sat in their van for 30 mins, the trainee smoking cigarettes. Then charged us $500 for an hours worth of work. Quoted us $1200 to add coolant. Decided to shop around as that seemed extremely high and I'm glad I did.Called another company who came and solve the problem same day, added 5lbs of coolant and charged us half the cost.The new company advised that there was leak in a coil and would eventually need to be repaired. How did Penguin not see that if they supposedly clean them. I feel completed taking advantage of because I'm woman with no knowledge of how these units work and they knew that. They knew I have 4 small children I have to keep cool in the house, I'm in a desperate situation and they wanted to capitalize on that and over charge me.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Sales rep came out read me quotes for 3 different units but didn’t provide me with any documentation. Then said after checking online the distributors didn’t have any in stock but he would have the girls in the office call around & would let me know. I called the next week to ask for a status & he said he couldn’t find anything & was trying to stick to the lower price range. I told him price didn’t matter & I needed air conditioning as the temperature was 95 at night inside the house. He said he would contact all of the distributors and would get back to me. That was over 3 weeks ago. I contacted another company whose rep came out, called a distributor who said they had a few units, I went with the higher one & it was installed the next day. I’ve had ac for 3 weeks now and will NEVER recommend or contact Chas Roberts in the future.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

We had a small water leak under our driveway. After contacting 4 plumbing companies with various estimates we decided on going with Norfleet because Nick was very prompt, good pricing and fair in his explanation of what needed to be done. This was going to be a very expensive repair, consisting of replacing all the copper line from the city main to our house.

Nick and crew made sure that the city marked off all gas, sewer, cable lines before starting the all day project and even came out on a rainy day to do the dig and repair.

They cleaned up everything nicely and didn't even damage any plants or anything.

This is my first interaction with a service provider in AZ that i didn't have to call back and follow up on to schedule and ensure the job was performed in a timely fashion. I called discount on Friday night and and Jordan, their technician, called early the next morning to schedule same day service! Jordan was professional, communicated regularly on timing, and was very thorough in reviewing my irrigation system. Not only did he explain to me how the zone systems operates and what my issue was but provided insights about the difference in watering requirements for my wife's fruit tree. Thank you Jordan!
