Woke up on a Sunday to no AC. They had us back up and running in a couple hours. Very fast service and lots of communication on when the tech would arrive.

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. Treat him well while you have him, and he will continue to wow all your customers the way he did this one.5 stars every experience, every time. So unfortunately when my family and I returned from vacation, our A/C unit died…it was a long time coming. I contacted Ryan Cronstrom and he was able to come out right away and replace our unit. Ryan and his staff were awesome, very professional and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!!!

The AC went out today at my daughter and son-in-law’s home. I am housesitting them this weekend. We called ProSkil and set up an appointment between 3-5! ProSkil came out on time, right at 3:00 and I was so impressed with Michael R who serviced the air conditioner. He had to go up into the attic and found out the problem, went above and beyond to locate a new motherboard for the AC unit, drove to get the new part, came back and installed the new board, checked the system and kept me informed so I could keep my family informed! he worked well past 5 o’clock and always had a great attitude!Michael R is a great communicator, made it easy for me to understand the problem and best of all SOLVED the problem! The house is cooling down nicely thanks to Michael R. He is definitely a five star employee and I thank you, ProSkil, for hiring such a knowledgeable, hardworking young man. He definitely deserves recognition for his personal skills while serving the public. He is a real tribute to your organization!Thank you Michael R and ProSkil for helping us today! When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Andrew's has exceptional plumber's! very informative and helpful.Had some issues with the restrooms in my faciity and Matt M. helped us out. Service was quick and he was very professional.Will always recommend going forward.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
