He's a very knowledgeable tech and he explained what happened, why it happened and how to keep it from happening in the future all in a way I understood everything he was saying. He set both thermostats and fixed both units and the best part of this entire visit is that he got along very well with my dogs. Our AC is working... but leaking fluid after the monsoon into our ceiling causing a huge water bubble in the roof! My wife called around 10am, they were at our house by 3pm, fixed and cleaned the AC by 4pm. Even though they said they would be here between 3 and 7pm, they showed early, and were done fast. Service tech was on time as scheduled and I was kept advised of the time of arrival. A picture of the tech and his qualifications was sent beforehand. The tech was efficient and advised of issues with the old system as a new HVAC unit has to be ordered for install. All prices and install features were reviewed and explained thoroughly.
