Jim arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, discovered what the problem was quickly (a "mystery" leak in the bathroom) and explained exactly what needed to be done. He went the extra mile and fixed a door latch that wasn't closing properly as a courtesy. I am very pleased with Accent's services and will call them next time I need a plumber.

I can’t recommend Peerless Plumbing enough. They are responsive and provide quality assurance/work. They lined our pipes a year ago and I heard some gurgling sounds in the kitchen area. I called Lindsay and they came out the very next workday and inspected. Thankfully nothing was going on other than the usual build up. I trust Peerless Plumbing wholeheartedly. These guys are great, very friendly, honest and professional. They've saved the day now on several minor plumbing catastrophes for us, over a two year period... and for one major repair (slab leak, hot water line reroute) I had four quotes from different contractors on the slab leak repair. Johnco provided the most detailed and competitively priced estimate. Icing on the cake? When the job was complete the final bill was several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. That's unheard of these days. You have to respect the integrity of an honest service provider like Johnco. There are a lot of dishonest contractors who will take you to the cleaners if they see the opportunity. Jason with Johnco did just the opposite. What a guy!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
