Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Alan is an honest man who does the job right the first time. He replaced a roof for me on another home and I did not hesitate to call him again. Christina in the office was professional and efficient. Hector the crew leader was very thorough and professional. They made sure to clean up every night and were careful to keep debris out of the pool. I will not hesitate to recommend Arizona Roof rescue.
